SHIPPING & DELIVERY FAQ

The shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. If you would like to return your order, please visit our Refund Policy page.

We work hard to get all orders processed as quickly as possible, once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, you cannot cancel your order. If you need to return any items please wait until you receive the shipment and then visit our Refund Policy page.

Items cannot be added to an existing order that has been confirmed. Your order is confirmed once you have completed the checkout stage and sent a confirmation number. If you would like to order additional items, you are welcome to place a new order online.

Elevation Athletics online purchases unfortunatley cannot be shipped to post office boxes due to the weight and size of our products.

If a post office box address is provided at checkout we will reach out proptly requesting an alternate address.

All online orders are given the option for pickup during the checkout process. Our pickup address is 5381 72 Ave SE, Calgary, AB, T2C 4X6.

Orders usually take 24 hours to assemble via our warehouse team and can be booked for pick up the following business day. Booking online order pick ups can be done HERE.

All applicable taxes will be applied based on the country or region that your order is being shipped to.
